  • how flat is this? :P I have proper lights now but with a rechargable battery (non standard)

    Basically these: http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Electron-Terra-2-Li-Ion-Front-Light-System_39129.htm?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Product_Search&utm_campaign=Froogle02

    Got off forum for £40

  • roads around welwyn are flat as a pancake

  • are we talking american or british pancake?

  • There is a little dip and rise near the start and one longish draggy climb at about half way. There is nothing like the hills Surrey from last time.

Fuu, forgot about this. Was going to pick up Alex's massive light. Des has a spare I believe. I'll ping him.

In other news I had a great run around Kent 1 on Saturday. I will be putting this ride forward for next time... :)

    Out, football.

  • Think I'm out for this one as well - got myself knocked-out and acquired a split head playing squash at the weekend. Gentle pootle might be more my style this week.

ouchie! nay chance I can pootle over the chiswick and borrow a light? I can bring chicken soup and grapes!

...also: squash, place in oz... this is all coming together now Des.

expects to be greeted by a butler

  • Would have offered the light, but haven't a clue what happened to it after I got shipped off for stitching up. Good thought though - I should send some of the downstairs staff out to retrieve it.
