Did you see the stainless Cielo road bike they have in the shop at the moment? Nicest bike I've ever seen in there (apart from my Serotta that I was picking up 8-) ) and I worked there for over 3 years.

Build day is today.

So hopefully I'll have it before the week is out.

there'll always be one bit missing that needs to be ordered from a shop who don't have any in stock thus having to order from a supplier who has to get their stuff from korea who don't have the new order number thus delaying matters

It's been built, no missing parts, no freezer bag full of bolts that should go somewhere but don't appear to fit.

The build was video'd, but I haven't seen it yet. Will probably see the bike first, probably going to pick it up tomorrow, as I just can't wait and the enormous stack of things to do seems insurmountable enough that picking up the bike might as well be a priority.

The Cielo is now sitting on my balcony waiting to be ridden. Going to explore Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common today just to see how it feels.
