  • It will be at Wests tonight.

Unless I get there far too early, get bored and leave.

    Today is for riding.

  • Excellent.

Today is for a deep tissue massage, buying a new suit, a bit of work and then Wests.

  • reading between the lines i get ......

soho for the deep tissue massage and a happy ending
new look for 99.99 polyester suit
surf internet for an hour or two slag liverpool off in the football thread
    get legless
    try and cycle home

  • We've never met, have we?

  • no i'm looking forward to the next stadium ride it must be said
to see you in your queens market knock off polyester hammers top
generating static all the way down the old kent road

ah so the is the 99.99 suit a bit out of your price range maybe a charity shop in east ham then ?

  • Oh dear.

  • Today is for riding.

Nice day for it. Enjoy. Looking forward to the pics and a link to the build video.

  • I won't be along tonight until after 9pm - don't get bored David!

  • hows the suit ?

  • I look amazing.

  • almost wish i was going to wests tonight

  • Make an effort, man!

  • it's like when you are going out with an ugly girl
i have my most embarassing bike with me today i don't want to be seen out in public with her / it
    i'll just get teased

  • More than you do in the football thread?

  • Forget the suit. Been riding all afternoon and just got to the Raven for a Guinness.

The bike is incredible. Handles wonderfully, though itvprobably doesnt help that i treat it like a road bike and go far too fast on surfaces on which i wont be able to stop. Still the bike holds it together when i dont. Its a great ride.

Took lots of pictures clean, and one or two when dirty. Will post them when i am home later.

I love my steel SS 29er. Its simply fun to ride, and makes me feel like a kid on an oversized BMX.

  • Photos of the finished article on it's first ride.

  • Those tyres are incredible btw. Very sticky. Shed mud like no-one's business too.

  • Very nice!

  • Epic win.
Congrats bossman, glad you're happy with it!

  • If I'd known you wanted blue chainring bolts, I'd have sent you the SRP ones cluttering up my parts bin.

  • Very nice. Shimano brakes = best in class. King hubs too. Sweet.

  • An utter beauty. Well done David.

  • David, I don't know much about 29ers but yours stands out by a mile.

    It's gorgeous!

Hope you enjoy many muddy miles on it.
