It's not much unfortunately. Hardly the dream London job where you're going to be buying BMCs every other month.
~£20k
My boss is reluctant to give a solid figure but I think you could easily get that. Best to enquire yourself rather than take my word for it though.

ability to carry off a bowtieI did this job for awhile, It was like doing an 8hour math test with some prick blowing smoke indirectly in your face the whole time.
It did pay well and allow me to snowboard all day. It's good when you live in a tourist place and there is a high turner over but when you have the same sad pricks at your table every night it gets depressing. -

Another vacancy:
Customer Service (again!)
Company is a lead generation Marketing company called MVF Global (eagle-eyed readers will see there's been a rebrand), based in Kentish Town, really nice place to work, plenty of cyclists in the office too.
Job involves replying to emails, changing client accounts, using an online based user interface, and speaking to some people on the phone. It's not a call centre job where you're on the phone all day, but you would be expected to make some calls to customers and clients in your average day. Full job spec being finalised this week.
If you think you can manage that and you're looking for a new job, or you're out of work, fire over a CV to:
Looking for people who are open to change, a bit of quick thinking, and plenty of initiative.
If you are interested send over your CV now but please bear in mind these won't be looked at until the first week of Jan so don't expect a response until then.
Position has been filled now. Thanks for the interest.

if you don't have a driving licence they will basically bin your CV, as will 90% of companies in this sector, but there's an agency called Anders Plus in Vaxhall that can probably get you some garden maintenance work on a casual basis. I know a few people who built up their experience over a few months and got full time jobs this way.
do your licence! should only take 3-4 months and costs about the same as a nice bike

ok I've had a few pm's about this, wasn;t expecting that much interest tbh, but basically here is an outline of the job:
team leader, mobile garden maintenance, £19k-ish 36 days holiday
must have - driving licence, some kind of horticultural qualification
desirable - high end domestic experience, knowledge of geography of kensington and chelseayou will be in charge of a small team, looking after all aspects of roughly 12 sites in chelsea and kensington. Surprising amount of paperwork, have to work one weekend per month but you get days in lieu (I am using mine to go to the bike show at the excel on a quiet thursday!). You will drive a VW Crafter, and can take it home too if you want
I think that's about it
-
• #1123
Do you, by any chance, know of any place online which sells some kind of horticultural qualification?
I need a job pronto!Hey, Sophie!
The ideal candidate will have previous debt collection experience, or experience persuading people to part with their money.
I used to run a team of girls in a rough part of the town.
