Seems a bit retarded to mug someone off for as little as £30 but it looks like he has - said ipod had been sent and then starting ignoring messages and emails when I chased it up/asking for lolly back.

Ah, so the plot thickens. This chap 'Win$ton Green' now 'Elioterio' also sold this ipod to me for £30, citing "the first dibs guy can't get the cash sorted" (obviously wasn't the case then!) been waiting for it for about over 2 weeks I now think. Same thing as you, stopped replying to my messages etc.

Whilst, I had given the benefit of the doubt as to whether I'd been scammed, I think this pretty much confirms that we've both have been 'had'!

Anyway, I've filed a Paypal dispute for my monies just now, hope you have too pootsmanuva!!
