It could be that Webof's wife is having some fun by letting down his tyres every night.
-

AAaaaaaaaH! I see! (thought it was elves tbh but didn't want to say anything).

Lol yeah I feel like I am being groomed :P
I'm pretty sure she doesn't even know how to open a valve cap but if I was living with some other cyclists or in a shared house, that would have been a very possible option!

It could also be that his heavily pregnant wife, in the absence of readily available coal these days, has taken to chewing his rear wheel to satisfy some weird pregnancy food craving...

Rats, pipped by Tiswas
Or great minds, etc...
-

Wow how did you know it was the rear wheel WVM.... Spooky
-
• #19633
The plot - she thickens no? WVM now prime suspect.
-

Mystery solved.
Change your locks.

Why does my rear tyre keep deflating over night...
Duh!
-
• #19636
And by some strange coincidence it's always my rear that gets the same slow punctures.
Does your wife eat out a lot?
-
• #19637
Snigger.

Rofl...
Not really no, what with not wanting to move very much, I think locks need changing indeed need to get a WVM alarm fitted !

I know everyone on here bums merino big time, but are synthetic baselayers really that bad?
Get both and see for yourself

The smell issue that AndyP referred to definitely gives merino the edge in my view.

I just bought a wheel from Planext X and it has a slight ding in the rim should i complain and ask for a replacement?
Quick update, Planet-X have shipped a replacement and refunded my postage without question - lets hope the new one is in better condition.
They apologised about the fault and said they would investigate how it got past their QC. -

I bet he's watching us now. 2 members are viewing under their cloak of invisibility. One is hippy, I fancy.

I had one on my old pompino
Didn't fall off or break or anything. I gather it's all still hunky dory with its current owner
Oh and let us know how you get on Webof. I am now intrigued.
