  • awwww shit... just watching draw the line... i need snow in my life soon, I've missed it more than I realised!

  • ^Today in the Cairngorms, should be open in November. Best get the board in the shop, ready.
    Winter is on it's way!
    Where are you going?

  • JAYSUS!

  • this park looks rad http://vimeo.com/31474827

  • OK I'm on the lookout for a pair of Size 9 snowboard boots for a beginner for Christmas - anyone got anything?

  • was watching extreme channel this morning, some awesome pow.... really want this trip to Canada in March to happen and get a taste of some proper snow... it just looks like it's going to cost a fortune.

Also having a bit of a clear out, couple of pairs of boots here. No size 9s though sorry Clara.

  • Just back from the 3 Valleys... it was pretty harsh weather wise there. There's plenty of snow, but seriously high speed winds making it difficult to ski. On the peaks you could only see about 1 mtr, and were in danger of being blown away!

Hopefully it will keep snowing though :)

  • euurgh, i would rather have melty slush than that ^

  • Unreal.
    And so controlled.

  • Billy was a top level gymnast as a kid, gives him great spatial awareness - only 5 or so people have done triples, and a lot of them looked hucked, and no one has done a triple backside rodeo - best triple i have seen yet, the way he slows it down before landing shows incredible skill.

Billy deserves to blow up, hes been stomping mad shit under the international radar for years

  • Amazing Video - great to see the brits showing some game

  • got two days at whistler a couple of weekends ago, was in vancouver for work anyway so didn't seem too cheeky. great snow for the 1st weekend of december.
week long backcountry course in jan, couple of four day weekends in feb and the last week of march for some spring touring/backcountry if the snow lasts.
    going to be good winter.

    cool story etc

  • i read somewhere that there were plans to convert the Olympics media centre, in Hackney Wick, into a snow dome. Which would be nice. Doubt'll happen though.
