Just checked. This is the William Morris quote:
It's from A Dream of John Ball (1886)
So I guess Blatchford (and, by extension, Crane) were precising Morris.
Weirdly enough I went to John Ball School in Blackheath (so named because all the bodies from the plague were buried there)

i went through occupy on sunday enroute to bridewell threatre, loads of TV vans and bewildered tourists milling about, the City Police have barracaded Paternoster Sq.. not sure my kids understand what was going on, some great posters and banners about though, I got them to read them.
btw we are involved in a series of protest plays with the Tower Theatre (been members for 23 years now). 5/11 opened yesterday. Edward Kemp scriptwriter is in the house tomorrow for Q&A

I am going to see this on Friday, would like an embrodied badge please.. I'll drop £5 this week at LMNH if you are about.
much love

TS me too, have some tedious things to do first, but feeling energised.

Not joined yet, but it's only a matter of time. How's the jersey? What's the sizing like? -
• #89
I was there for a bit on Friday after being a folkdance groupie. There was a reggaeish crustyband playing, it was like being back in 87 in a field near Stroud. Or something.
