Delete everything and import all the music from the folder you keep it in (I don't keep it in iTunes folder, but on an external disc) and import it back again, as the playlist contains empty links only.

Not really, but equally it wouldn't do any harm. There aren't any proper city tyres yet are there? Hutchinson Intensive 25c maybe, but it's 50% more expensive than the tube version.

my phone keeps crashing and is generally dying. recommend me a phone with numberpad that is good for texting, can cope with basic internet, and isn't too pricey?

current model is a Nokia 2730 Classic, which is fine except for apparently short lifespan and very clicky keys, which is annoying if you text a lot (like me).

All my recent Ribble orders have been fine. There was a delay on a long-valve tube but that was noted and they've since sent it.

You're not that much taller than me are you? Actually you might be. They are funny sizes so you tend to buy smaller since you'll be stretched further when using aerobars. I can't remember the details but the L was too big I think. There should be loads of people with them though I can't think of any off the top of my head. Turn up to any TT though and you'll see 'em.

I wouldn't call it 'trouble' but they routinely take a couple of days to pick and pack, which seems like forever when you're accustomed to order 5pm/receive 8am from CRC

Ok I just thought I'd be kept in the loop a bit more that's all. I think the fact I'm being an impatient git isn't helping either.

The other thing with Ribble is that the 'your order has been shipped' email usually arrives at the same time as the parcel.

Generally Ribble have been fine for me. I've ordered a lot of stuff from them recently and keep going back.

Try this. First, find the folder with all your music in it, and copy down the exact location.
Go to preferences in iTunes.
Go to advanced, and there should be a window that says "iTunes music folder location"
in the box below that, put in the exact location of your folder ( copying and pasting is the easiest way to accurately put the location in ).

See if it works.

thanks but I want 3G (spend half my life on trains) and am happy texting on a numberpad. don't think I can deal with tiny little letters. guess that means "classic" designs.

I'm wary of phones from Ebay, too, but I guess it's like anything else, buyer beware and all that.

Packaging can be a bit meh, but it is free.

How easy is it to fit a derailleur hanger to a bike, i.e. is it something a qualified mechanic should do? The frame in question is built with a replaceable hanger.

Some kind of pop rivet I assume?

I've done it once on my Kenesis and it attached half a chainring bolt. There was no way I could have fucked it up as far as I could see.

Actually, it's more likely to be an allen bolt.
