How current is this project, given the publication date?

Just looking at this thing makes my back, geesh, balls and neck hurt.

I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday, going to convert it to fixed and a few other bits and bobs as well. it seems like a shame to not leave it original (it's completely original apart from the tyres as far as I know) but if we keep all the bits we can always change it back.

Almost finished! The frame's a Jonkers, made in Rotterdam, almost certainly Columbus SL, although it's been resprayed (according to the columbus sticker). I've seen a couple other Jonkers, but never one this nice IMHO. Groupset is full shimano 600/Ultegra.

Gears still need to be set up, spent ages trying to look for a fitting cable bolt for the rear derailleur, but I managed.

If you're clever you can run a cable through the steerer to that disc mount, if you're very clever you can run it through the bars and stem too from a TT-style lever.
