That's no fail. That's a very common way of blacking out the rear window to stop people looking in. Fail that they couldn't be bothered to remover the wiper?

This, and they've been using it (although are they auto on modern vehicles? Fail me for not driving often if so).Count 2 vehicles occupying the ASL at Red, and rider blocking the pedestrian crossing markings as mini-fails.
Not up there with Firemen chucking flaming petrol on OB presenters though.

Yeah, if you put on the windscreen wipers on some cars then the rear one comes on too. Often there isn't a separate switch for the rear wipers, you just have to wait for it to happen.

^ is that the case on the Ford in the picture? (and does the forum need a "conjoined wipers" thread and list?)
;)

Sumo may have left his lock on the railings on tooley street midway through last week in a drunken stupor.
we may have swung by to pick it up tonight after he realised where he'd left it.
it may have spent almost 7 days merely hooked over the spike of the railiings having not been re-locked to anything at all when he left it behind.

If you have the front wipers on and you put the car in reverse, often the back wiper will do a quick swipe to help you out. Does in my car anyway.

Fine example of needless waste.

Watch "A Sunday in Hell" last night.
Go for a spin today, realise that due to artisitc urban regeneration by Woking council there is some pavé up ahead.
Speed up, intent on imagining I'm someone good and Belgian like Eddy Merckx for a couple of seconds.
Notice red pedestrian crossing lights and traffic up ahead, stop pedalling...
.. on a fixed gear bike! Fly through air, landing in road and taking large amounts of skin off my left elbow, knee and love handle! Fail!Nearby mum: Are you ok?
Me: Yeah, thanks.
Nearby mum's daughter: Mummy, why did that man fall over? -

I'm not seeing the fail.
