Can anyone help me out?
This is my "Tossini" that I bought last year.
Probably a poor grade tommasini, the frame builder or person who does the decals, had a bad day and was like toss this tommasini so therefore tossini.

*R*odolfo did answer your question though...

I've had a small breakthrough and found this Raleigh online that has an identical seat post lug to the Tossini:
However the Raleigh is stamped 73 and mine is stamped 75 (that'll probably be the angle then!)
Anyone know who made lugs for Raleigh? (EDIT I think they are Bocama (BCM) Lugs - can anyone confirm?)

bear in mind that you need proprietary tools to remove or adjust those ones.. -

I just bought this bike today, looks wonderful but according to the columbus sticker the frame's been repainted.
The frame was built in Rotterdam by Cees Jonkers. I believe the tubing to be columbus (fork crown), but maybe you guys could help me find out what tubing (sticker doesn't specify this).
Some photo's... If you'd like any more photo's that could help you I'm happy to provide.
Thanks a lot!
Looks very similar to my 'rider' frame, certainly the same lugs, bb-shell and rear bridge, mine is Oria tubing, very different forks but i wouldn't recognise those as being columbus.
Are the dropouts stamped?
-
• #1237
Yes Tom, the drops are brev. campa ones. Do you have any more info on your lugs and/or tubing?
I remember seeing similar fork crowns being paired with columbus fork blades, and Ceeway shows one that looks exactly like mine.

I have no more info on the lugs im afraid, but my dropouts are stamped with the brand 'rider' the tubing is ORIA ML 25.
Rider are belgian but probably built in the netherlands. Could be the same builder... Or not.

You may as well be sitting down the back of the class making fart noises.

Thanks for the info! I think I just found the shop its been built at (probably has changed owner once or twice), and I've sent them mail. See what happens!

Hey,
Anyone have any idea of what this frame could be? Italian threaded, 60cm/ST, chromed fork crown.
There is, as you can se on the picture, some traces of an old logo. Like VIN, WIN, VINE. Could it be an old VINER?
Best,
Frank -

It has a logo that says 'WIN'?

Viner had star cutouts in the lugs.. it kinda looks like Pinarello's cutouts, but only just.. Any signs/lettering on fork crown(looks like a D?)/seatcluster/BB shell?
-
• #1246
frankfrank, no idea what it is, but want to part with your headset? :D :D :D
also like the detail on the inside leg of the fork that runs down away from teh crown, never seen one like that before but looks neat. are you stripping it for repaint or repair?
-
• #1247
Rodolfo - I have heard pinarello before. Sorry but the lugs and chromed fork crown is the only thing I have right now. Will see if I find anything more after a third round with paintremover.
Brickman - Haha, so you want to mate with my headset.. :D I won't sell it. But I would be up for swapping. PM me about it.
Reconstruction and repainting. -

Columbus didnt make a tube set with pre formed ends, the curve of the fork and tube ends suggest its reynolds. If you can be bothered to take out the forks they should have a reynolds or columbus bird stamp
Thanks for the advice dude! Just had the forks out and there's nothing on them besides the same serial number that's on the bottom of the BB shell.
Would be cool if it's an Aende, but I doubt I'd be that lucky!

Ouh! A friend of mine has the same details on his Track frame, its made of 531 tubing, has campy dropouts and italian thread bb. But we dont have any info either, would be awesome if someone could help. -

i bought this olmo scatto a couple of weeks ago, but i can't seem to find the accurate year in which this was produced. It's very similar to 1987's olmo competition and some olmo scatto classics but those have straight forks and as you can see from the pictures, the engravings on the forks and seat tube are different. Columbus SLX tubing
Any one can help me id the year/catalog of this?
A bicycle one I think.
