It's left hand - as I'm odd like that. If that's your bag £30? I paid £42 for it a few weeks ago. Got a sticker too :D

Selling my mks sylvan pedals / toe clips and straps if anyone wants them. Switching to clipless to try to stop my flat foot pain.
-
• #540
I've got a set of them pedals + straps too. I'm using clipless on my bike at the moment but keep saying I wouldn't mind riding with pedals and straps just so It's easier to go down the pub and what not.
-

Yeah, they're good for quick rides around town in trainers, but I'm finding they make my feet sit it the wrong spot of the pedal causing all the pressure of pedalling to go through the non existant arch of my feet and giving me pain. Basically I can't get my foot in far enough to get the ball of my foot over the pedal axle.

Hah, getting cleats right is a bitch. Never had sore knees from it though.
-
• #544
Why the sore knee caps? Can't be much different from being strapped in can it?
-
• #545
How much for said pedals etc?

Just getting cleats set up correct (where your legs naturally fall) is a pain in the ass. I need to adjust mine, although I think for the audax bike I might buy some road cleats before long.
This years cycle to work scheme is going to consist of new group set for audax (105 or Ultegra) and a new wheel set.

The Bowery is retiring into a more casual role. Fear not, the Leader will be SPD'd, even bought new shoes for it.
By all means Donny can have first refusal, if the price is right, but its far too big for him I
I'd have thought..
