[QUOTE=sherbertflyingsaucer;1772059]I did see him off good and proper, he caught up with me at the red light at Pembury Junction, I live there but thought I'd do Pembury Rd just to teach him a second lesson, good training too..
2 pints and a ride home yes!.. I think less hair might have helped a bit as well.
/QUOTE]i bet he's really smarting from the pain you unleashed upon him.
the bianchi rider was possibly coming back from a club run.
i guess that's better training than a bimble round the city and a couple of pints. -

The only sensible course of action is to euthanize the lame geared Bianchi rider, and get sherbertflyingsaucer into a European pro development squad. I'll PM Velocio…

Another club run this morning. 50 miles at an easy pace, and a stop at a cafe for a slice of cake. No hills though :(

First ride for 3 weeks with a 12 day holiday in between equalled a horrible pathetic 35 mile soggy ride today.

It may have only been 20miles.
It may have been with my full Archie on my back.
But I fucking rode my road bike for the first time in 7 weeks and it felt fucking brilliant.
Just under an hour all told.
Comfy, fun and I can't wait to explore the Notts Flats over winter.Big Beaming smile.

Did the return leg from Bletchley again today, 61miles at 16.3mph average on 67". Exactly the same as my journey there on Saturday and in exactly the same time and speed.
Lovely day despite a bit of drizzle and my sprocket coming off, which was puzzling.

Around Rye. Looked towards Dungerness, and turned round to find a chip shop in the rain.

Can you get me some Belgian Mix, please?
Yep the traffic was a nightmare today.. Good trackstand practice though all that starting and stopping, but I should have gone south of the river to find some clear road..
And I missed the fireworks...
