Mmmm. High centre of gravity-tastic!

They are little racks that clip onto seatposts for people with rear suspension on their bikes.

They are really heavy, yet only designed for very small loads due to the fact they are levered against a rather weak seatpost. The plonker attached a huge pannier bag, so it looks silly.
