^ Yeah I know. I saw that too.
Problem is I'm struggling on how any of that translates to a simple suffix, like PLC, Ltd, LLP, etc.
It's for a simple briefing note and idealy I'd like to find something shorter than "X a publicly listed Japanese company".
Just thought with all the kerin frames and sleve tatts there might be someone with a bit of Japanese knowlege ;)
EDIT: also - all I can see are little windings-style boxes instead of characters - is this bc my version of windows doesn't have the right language package? Can others see jap characters?

If you haven't tried either before, Skiing is more fun, simply because it's pretty easy to get started,
I found even the basics of snowboarding fucking hard.

Snowboarding is a piece of piss compared to ski-ing - it's all about edges. I speak as an instructor in both.

^^ I don't know, I recon it's horses for courses. I found it fine.
If you're going for a week, then try both and see which you prefer. If you rent the equipment you can always switch it at no extra cost.
One big plus with skiing is the equipment. You can always get decent rental stuff, where as snowboarding stuff is fucking gash and choice is often limited.

Skiing isn't faster. Farting about scraping the snow off the slope sideways with a board is slow. With skiing, you have to be moving at a reasonable speed to get the skis to work. Asymetrical hardboot downhill fall-line boarding is effing quick. Boarding tolerates medium ability better - there is less technique involved.

Obviously Hippy is lightyears beyond mere mortals on the slopes, thus any sensible widely-applicable experience and principles are of no value, as is always the case. Goes without saying.

You are so right, twatty. Snowboards are slow. A mere 200+ Kph, by your own figures.
Go outside and play now.
What is the suffix for a Japanese publicly listed company? - ie a Japanese PLC
Cheers.
