I pop out at Balham station, but you can also cut across Tooting Bec Common - Vee and Jay know what route better than me.

I only generally use it when going South though, I just ride get over it on the ride North.

NB on Abbeville last night the immense brightness of my light caused 2 cars to give way to me, presumably thinking I was a motorbike. I enjoyed that.

I was heading across Waterloo bridge at 1pm and some crazy lady was running across the middle of it, holding a magazine up to block the rain and her view of oncoming traffic. I nearly hit her as the slippy roads made it almost impossible to stop in time. She was more concerned about getting her makeup wet than getting hit by traffic. Mental.

I try to do this on principle to at least one fully lycra'd roadie every time I take one of those bikes out for a spin.

Me outside the John Snow watching someone try and ride his mates bike with a corima 4 spoke fall over while standing still over the bike then wobble around like a 2 yr old without stabilisers. Dude don't ever try and ride your mates bike again you are only gonna hurt yourself and fuck up his bike...

On my way home yesterday evening, lass on a Peugeot conversion and dude on an Orlowski track frame, Kingsland Road/Stoke Newington Road. Both giving it the beans. This morning, the happiest person on my commute into work and quite possibly the happiest person ever to grace a Langster (it was the steel one though), Lancaster Place whilst I was waiting at the lights on the Strand.
