I'm on 1.6, and yet some of you are whinging that you're on 2.1, not 2.2. Really?

[although I agree with GA2G tbh, I did my Hero when I was on 1.5, which was actually pretty much unusable, as it was so poorly coded]

It shouldn't be a problem, its just there are other things I would do with a brand new phone, and once you've spent a couple of days using 2.1, you might realise that getting 2.2 isn't much of an issue

Whilst I'm on here though, best Android app i've gotten so far is London Journey - essentially the TFL website in your hand with GPS.

For those waiting for a decent Android tablet, Toshiba are said to be launching a 10 inch version. Looks like it might be interesting.

We've been through the comparisons already, multiple times. The Galaxy S has faster 3D graphics, as has been stated about a hundred times in this thread.

My gf's brother has one now so I finally got to play with it and the Desire is loads faster than it in normal use. I don't play games so HTC FTW.

In today's Evening Standard, there is an advert for MALEFORCE MOBILE. It's an app for getting gay men together. Available from the Android Store and in iTunes. Didn't somebody say that they wanted to create a sex app? Genius.
