He got 'knocked the fuck out'. He had a ball smashed straight into his head. But unlike Arse players, he wasn't rolling around on the floor like a little bitch waiting to be stretchered off. He got up and carried on with serious concussion. Only then to have a ball smashed straight into his balls. Again he didn't roll around on the floor like a little bitch. But got up and carried on like a proper man
I agree with Aquallani, I think he is one of those permanently injured players

The ironic thing is that if Tottenham had finished 5th or 6th last season, we'd be one of the favourites for 4th this year.
Because we did it last year, now nearly everyone is saying we've got no chance of repeating it!!
How does that logic work?! -

Aquilani cost £20m
What's happend to the other saviour, Maxi Rodriguez?
-
• #17732
he came on towards the end of the game
he needs to be in there as a right winger in place of kuyt who should have been centre forward yesterday in place of ngog
even roy is getting it wrong -

^^^
It doesn't really matter where you stick any of that shit, the results will always be the same. -

I like Agger
shame he isn't doing too many of his box to box runs these days
maybe roy will bring that aspect of his game back
if you were a centre back and were played at right back would you be annoyed or just happy you were playing -

what did carra do?
-
• #17736
well he's the heart and soul of the liverpool defence there's no way he should be played out of position
he did sulk a bit when benitez played him at right back but he's not got an attacking bone in his body
he doesn't know what the centre circle of a pitch looks like
not really and attacking wing back
whereas agger -
• #17737
so he didn't cry off and say "i'm not available until i'm picked at the position i should be playing at?"
-
• #17738
it's really too easy sometimes.
-
• #17739
maybe for england but he'd do anything it takes for liverpool
he and stevie g just got inducted to the liverpool hall of fame for the 2000'she wouldn't jeapordise that
-
• #17740
hall of fame for the 2000s?
fuck me la, the competition must have been stiff. -

Benitez claimed that Carragher, the former England defender, had been unwilling to deputise, although he has done so before.
“Carragher told me he had heavy legs and so as a centre back he could run less,” he said. “At right back you run more.”I stand corrected
but he did play there in the end -

Who would ever jeorpardise their chances of getting into the Liverpool hall of fame.
A club with such a great history n'all.
they can sit pretty with all the previous league winners.

those two brought a few trophies of their own to the table in that time
4 in one season as i remember it -

Another Liverpool FC day here on the football thread.
I'd prefer to discuss Wigan. 12 goals conceded in their last two games and a visit from Chelsea coming up this weekend.

i agree.
Wigan are fucked.

I feel sorry for Wigan, they've done so much for South American countries, and they know what they are.
They've offered a shopping window to some great players who they've never tried to hold onto, and always sell at a fair price.
Palacios
rodeilga
Moses and many, many more.I'm sure they'll pull the finger out and sort it all out though. It's about 38 games, not two.

and the UEFA "super" cup.
i may be being a bit harsh on him
i hope he turns out to be a good player i really do
he just doesn't seem to be impressing the managers
is he injured currently ?
oh yeah and what happened to agger yesterday
he seemed in a lot of discomfort in the second half
was it a ball in the middle stump ? or a foot ? he seemed " winded " for quite a while
