Eat breakfast for yourself
Share lunch with a friend
Give dinner to your enemyFunny you should say that, what with all this banana controvery. There's an Ayurvedic proverb (or something) that goes:
Banana: gold in the morning, silver in the afternoon… lead in the evening.

i ate a fried breakfast , a curry and another one just now with 2 oranges, and a bananna throughout the day.
I should be fat because that's how i eat every day if not more but I'm the total opposite.
You'd be hard pressed to find any fat on me. It's ridiculous. -

Sounds great Dylan, but how old are you?

- i should be happy but a little more weight wouldn't be a bad thing for me.
Not complaining, just saying.

My scales are lying to me, my belly is now smaller and there is evidence of new muscle formation yet the scales claim the fat % to be the same.
The only thing I can think of is that they measure only visceral fat and that is not going down with the wobbly belly, or I should just ignore them.
I am leaning toward ignore as they say muscle % is still the same which is untrue.

My body weight is going up and my body fat % is staying the same. Rawk.

That's what I was after!

i have no science- but my belly is shrinking.
fast.
no bread diet ftw! -
• #493
has your exercise also increased?
-
• #494
the 'no wheat' diet works, mostly because it massively limits what you can eat.

no bread diet ftw!I still eat bread - only wholemeal though and only for lunch.
Have really cut down the alcohol intake though and even that makes a difference. Exercising more and starting from next week I will be cycling to work everyday as I'm moving to the city.
Also try to have small evening meals really does make a difference. -

The consensus was that those electronic scales were pretty unreliable I thought?

Also don't forget to swap your hologram bracelet on the opposite wrist when you're eating a banana, holding something composed of such powerful nutrients in wrong hand could completely unbalance a person.
This.
The amount of people I have seen wearing these things is ridiculous, what do they even do? Is it like wearing a copper bracelet?

I'm just massively pumped my BW is going up finally. Even if my BF% went up a bit as well I wouldn't mind so much.
That's what I was after!
