yeah was a definite case of 'cordoned off road, police tape, and forensics man' type shit going down.
Also, spotted today a pregnant lady buying smack in a bush in brockwell park. NICE.
Some dude got stabbed apparently, I guess you saw them hunting for the weapon.
And I'm guessing the bush is the one by the bmx track / redgrar football pitch?I'm working above South Lambeth Road at the moment, which like Brixton Tesco's has become a fixei skidda artery.

Crazy how that's happened in such a short space of time... I remember going up East a coupla years ago and being genuinely shocked at how many fixed bikes there were, you'd rarely see one south of the river... Very good...

Ah. Actually the bush in question was to the right just inside the gate on Brixton Water lane. Anyhoo. I think I spot you on your polo bike at peckham rye on a regular basis by the way....

This morning on Millbank heading towards Westminster, dude on a black geared trek bike with a rack and bag hanging of, going at normal speed (i.e. same speed as the other commuters), wearing what looked like full motocross body armour and normal cycle helmet.
Any one see this guy? I suppressed a smile as I passed him.

Maybe not the same guy but I see one SE sometimes wearing armour and a American Football helmet otherside of Westminster so possible but wearing a different helmet.

Had only just got up, thought I might still be dreaming, so put it down to my imagination till I looked back over my shoulder and he was still there!

No he had a normal cycle helmet, and body armour, it looked like motoX armour or skiing body armour. (not an expert on body armour after all) is there a hidden danger for cyclists near Westminster I am unaware of?

1) Eddie? On his nag I think. The wheels caught my attention but I didn't get a proper look.
2) Gorgeous baby blue aero TT frame with matching front 'spok and various other matching bits...oh dear.

Nice to meet you Olly. I made it just on time despite a detour leading me to teenslane my bike down the pavement on Oxford Street. The racing was fun as was the drinking.
