@Fox thanks for the advice - main problem is being what i can only describe as cack-legged! Basically I have to really consciously think about un-clipping foot when its at the rear of the rotation otherwise having to pick up bike and spin wheel round with leg clipped in at the front. But when i get 'confused' or rushed inevitably the foot clipped in is at the rear and then, queue me trying to set off and not knee butt face! (does that make sense?) Its getting better (thank the lord) but still feels akward and adds more pain to the bad days!
Do you have a font brake? You can just apply the brake, one foot on the floor, arse off saddle and lift the back wheel up with the clipped in foot as you spin it round to the correct position for starting off?
