Good call Gabes. I think we should wait for Bill to get back. But we can go without him if others really want to. Anyone have a date for his return?

I think the next meeting should focus mainly, or only, on Courts and selling the Euros merch.

• If minutes are to be made public they need to be a lot clearer than this and people need the right to request they are not made public. If notes are made public Roxy would ask that they are made public on a secure site or forum for members only
  
• Can any member use the Streetcar account? I think this is a perk for being a member. They’d have to pay a deposit to use it and have a valid license. We should let potential members know this.

I would like to suggest that the next meeting focuses exclusively on the following issues:

1) Selling the Euros merch

2) Communication and consultation with the community, including a forum (Gabes is bringing a proposal)

3) We need to consider a more central location, or a rotating location, for meetings.

4) Courts (Ray?)

I've asked the Executive Committee if there are any objections.

As a potential member:

Regardless of where the meeting location is, will all important decisions still require attendance of meeting? Can this element be moved 'on-line' so every member can have a say?

SE1 suggestion: The Roebuck on Trinity Street

Potential member: would prefer a static, more central location to account for players existing on the outer reaches of London (Uxbridge springs to mind).

Sidenote: being geeky and triangulating the furthest extremes on the Battle of the Boroughs thread (Uxbridge, Walthamstow and Sutton), you get Putney.

Potential member: if meetings were more central.

Ha! There are ways of correcting for this "anomaly" with statistical software. The easiest way in this case would to ignore the extremes.

Disgruntled of Putney

Putney is the most broken place in London. It's both considered West London, and is South of the river. Wtf?

Its not the actual location that is preventing me becoming a member, that would be silly. It is the fact that decisions are only made by members present at the meetings and not absentees. Is this going to be addressed?

nice one gabes. Also, i know you are thinking of the closed forum to members only, but we need to make issues which affect London Bike Polo aware to non-members too somehow. Can this be addressed please?

I don't think it needs to be static, maybe visiting south and west once a year would be a start.

But if it's central how about chandos near leichester square.

The more consistency the better as far as maintaining numbers of people turning up.
