Now that looks like a great win, I've got the G1 at the moment and am due an upgrade when this comes out. Looks just like a tastier G1 to be honest :)

"If that's true, I must start finding friends in the UK :), especially since I learned today that the "o so wonderful Sense UI" can be turned off and on whenever you please. This means that you can actually use the extra RAM HTC installed for its purpose on something useful like multitasking!"
If this is true about the Desire then I'm much more interested. I think the only drawback of going with the HTC and not the Nexus One then is slower updates from Google.

Fennec on Droid and N1..
http://www.intomobile.com/2010/02/27/mozilla-fennec-spotted-on-nexus-one-and-droid.htmlThe Fennec browser will have to go some to impress me. While I wait for my Sony-Ericsson Xperia X10, I'm currently Android-less (I sold my G1 to someone really desperate for a Qwerty keyboard Android phone - I think he was rich or something). I'm making do with my Sony-Ericsson Satio (powered by Symbian). It has OPERA MOBILE which I downloaded (not the silly Opera Mini) on it, and it is brilliant.
Apparently Opera Mobile will only be available as OEMs to phone manufacturers, and not to us, the general public. Shame really, but I've given up using bloated Firefox on my PC, and now mainly use OPERA, so no loss to me.

You may wish to check out the specs first. The screen is very small.

I use Chrome when I'm not working. Firefox for work since it has lots of useful dev plugins. Not sure if Fennec will offer the same sort of thing. But any browser choice is a good thing (so long as it's not <IE8).

IP infringements, the lifeblood of the software industry!
Poor HTC are about to find out that if you swim with sharks you run the risk of getting bitten.

I predict HTC have to pay Apple an extremely large sum of money in say 7 years as a result of this case.
"Nexus 2" - what horseshit is that?
It's the same hardware with the ball swapped for an optical trackpad and it's not a Google Experience phone, it's a second tier phone running Android 2.1 skinned with SenseUI. That article is total fail.
The Nexus Two is supposed to come from Moto and have hardware keyboard:
