Get yourself up to Woburn, great for all year xc and very S/S friendly . I'm local but ride with a couple of lads from Kentish Town Tuesday nights.

feeling the love for Woburn today, cut my teeth on the trails there years ago. massive network from Aspley Guise right the way round Bow Brickhill to the estate and into deepest Bedfordshire.
the core right in woburn sands village is where nuff dirt jump comps been held, terrain is sandy, which makes good training.maybe try and hook up with Cyclone club if there still around, or check out Corleys in M.K to find the hard core riders, always good to ride with locals. yeah shred it!

The Scott arrived this week, just taken it out for a quick spin and it feels great.

Got a busy couple of weeks coming up but am keen to get a ride going on Sat Feb 13th.

Just fitted the new seatpost to mine, just needs the new brakes and it's all set!

What brakes are on there at the moment? If they are Avid avid bb7 I may be interested in buying.

They're BB5s at the minute.

The Mary bars are much more comfortable angled down at the ends a bit. It lets your wrists sit more naturally.

Yeah I agree with you on that, it doesn't actually cause me any discomfort while riding, but why take a chance eh? Gonna move them before the next ride.

Also, just finished watching 24Solo, absolutely awesome film, I definitely recommend it to any of you guys, after watching that i'm tempted to start a Church of Craig Gordon.
