Finally got the 29er finished off. Despite the monster truck looks, I reckon it only weighs around 8.5 kg. Should be fun.
Shite phone pics cuz I'm lazy, and all of our cameras need charging.
Indoor pics cuz its dark outside most of the time.I'll try and take some nice 'natural light' pics the next time I see the sun.
Then the true hideousness of the mismatched componentry will shine through.

pearson is almost done now got the record titanium pedals, headset and bars are all taped up, just waiting on the chainring and front wheel, and need to fit the tub on the back wheel.
BUT!!!! does anyone know where to get christophe clips in london?
also i have just a shitty kalloy seatpin on it at the moment, but does anyone know of a decent classic style seatpost that is longer than 250mm????? (Nuknow, DMCzone and dutchcheese this is mainly aimed at you, or any other member i forgot who has a good knowledge of classic bikes?)

i was aware of that*, but it doesn't neccessarily have to be campag, although it would be best for the bike really.

Hi I'm new to lfgss, I have just finished building up a new fixie so I figure why not show it here. It's an old Holdsworth Monsoon frame that was really rusty so I got it resprayed. I've built it up with basic components mainly stuff off my previous fixie. I tried to keep it old school racer looking.
Said it once but I'll say it again, nice build Andy- good to see the frame bought back to life ;-)

I'm pretty sure Laprade fluted posts came in 300mm at the start of the MTB boom of the 1980s, the SR clones certainly did.
