My camera's at my mum's house. Can only upload photos using my housemate's laptop as it has a card reader. We can't find the cable for his camera.
Plus I think it looks silly with risers, I want to wait til I get drops to do it justice in the photo.

Damn max. That is the shizzle. Bravo! And DMCZone needs a few rounds to account for (what we call back home) "Shipping and Handling"
My KHS replacement is done. Thanks to the Famous Mr. Zed for the frame.
Shitty iPhone pic but hope to inspire Monsieur Scoble after his recent lambasting.

That is very cool Aroogah, what is the rear rim DT 1.2?? How's the ride, you notice the difference between this and the KHS?
The saddle looks sweet. Comfy?

It was very generous of DMCZone to bring it back from the US too. He's a gentleman and a scholar.
That said, I was about to put a price on his head if he'd sold you those Shamals though. :-)- 1

Neither do some others I've seen. Weird, they probably only did it on some.
I know it was available as either a full bike or a frameset so you could probably specify those too. The 66cm was also only available as a frameset and mine is the only one I've seen.

Chris said it was a tad on the small side. This should be a much better fit.

Example?
;-)
Sweet, bet you're happy as Larry...
I swear you can see a smile going all the way round the back of your head ;)
Glad you've managed to pickup a frame in your size... enjoy it.
Anyway... here's my new (2nd hand) condor pista. Sorry for the shit pic.
Its now got a phil BB courtesy of BLB (who gave me great service as always). Paying almost the cost of the frame for a BB still makes me wince... lets hope its worth it. -

Its now got a phil BB courtesy of BLB (who gave me great service as always).
last time i was in BLB i was after some straps, they didn't have any of the ones i wanted, so the ones i went for which were closest. they were the last pair £45. i asked him "look its the last pair, will you do them for £40?"
he laughed in my face replying "we sell 20 of these a day, they're handmade by one guy blah blah blah"
look mate i know you get them for £20 or less so don't be a massive dickhead and at least try acting like you have some customer service skills.

I've been thinking of getting a phil bb, but my sugino 75 bb is still fine so i'm going to stick with it. £115 for the bb and cups is a lot.... i think when i spend that much on a bb i'l get a royce bottom bracket! the carbon and titanium one costs £250!!!

• #21973
why bother with a Phill BB when a £10-£15 one does the same. It goes round in circles smothly, and that's all i care about.
-
• #21974
But Dylan, a £10 BB is definitely not as good as a Phil.

Some people just love shiney things :) myself included.
You rode it today? So get pics up of what it looks like now, not in Dwaynes hallway
