nah, its my road bike wheel
will's wheel is sort of fine, i tried to use the 14t sporcket on the cassette and in the first skid it screwed off, but the 28t seems to be still welded on there. I cant use this wheel for commuting though.....
ill see, if things come to worst, ill get a 20quid hub and rebuild a wheel myself.

can you wait a few days eddie?
i'm going to retire the lady polo bike. my plan was to keep it as a spare polo bike for anyone who wishes to use it. you can use the rear wheel to tide you over though for the meantime.if i were you, i'd suck it in and get a new hub, only 20 squiddlies :)

i suppose i can wait a few days, but would love to make it to thursday ride with a wheel.
What are you gonna have as a polo bike then? And i think i might have to actually fork out for an entire (strong deep v) wheelset cause ive managed to de-true my front wheel as well.

just did 52mi in 2hours 10 minutes.
managed to catch up with some crazy triathlon dude right in histon and slipstream behind him through Chesterton/Over/St.Ives/Huntington/St.Neots/Toft/Cambridge and back to histon. Those guys are actaully fucking quick......they just don't stop uphill or downhill.....it makes a difference having gears and all titanium parts :)
Didn't stop once at traffic lights coming back through cambridge, may have punctured a lung and broken my ass.....looking for body part doners -

It was just like a massive 2 hour sprint basically, didn't stop a single time (luckily all the lights in the villages stayed green) and only jumped a few red ones in cambridge. But it was easier on my part as I didn't push against the wind as much as the guy in front of me, but he had gears and I only had one.
Did have pizza an hour before riding out and about 30 minutes in I was feeling it back up my throat, I almost threw up several times too.

hey guys, how long are the normal rides?
i Just finished building my bike, rode about 20k the other day and it wrecked me for a while.
other than that, I'm up for it.
anyone got a spare rear fixed wheel they want to sell to me (ill trade in for anything up to 50 quid)
quite urgent, my wheel completely (irreparable now) disintegrated and i have no rear wheel. help?
