It wasn't entirely accidental that I used a rating system based on DoI scoring; look at the women on that show, and you'll barely find one whose first qualification for a career in show business wasn't her pleasing looks

If you really object to men rating women, get thee to a nunnery. How the hell do you think we, alongside pretty much every other vertebrate species, select prospective reproductive partners? And of course, the reverse is true; females rate males, although in modern humans the rating is often less directly correlated with physical attributes.
I don't object to men rating women in terms of their attraction, yes I'm quite aware how it all works thanks. what I object to is Chris Moyles listeners like you who come along and proceed to behave in as cliched and backwaterlike manner in an arena where you figure you'll get some points with "ver lads" by going on about how "fit" girls are and making it all about you and your view of them. It's a fucking cliche mate, you're not being ironic or shit, you're just showing you're a certain type of male whose attitude I have found to be consistently contemptible over the years. I've been in bars where a small group of "lads" huddle in a corner checking all the girls out as they walk by and call out their marks out of ten for them. I've been in offices where a new girl walks past and all the men bang instantly on about how "she'd get it". It 's fuckin saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad mate. Simple as that.
what I objected to here was the reduction of a group of champion cyclists to the rating of them in terms of the sexual attraction they held for you as a posturing heterosexual male and whether they would "get it". just as my objection to the thread you started about what men's cocks look like in their cycling lycra centred upon the reduction of cycling and champion cyclists to "heeheheheheheheheheheeheeeee look I can see his willy". I am heterosexual. I like women. I have a girlfriend, and we've been together for over 7 years now. We are very happy together. Even though I'm not gay, I hope it wouldn't preclude my contribution to this discussion.
I appreciate good looking women - I'm a photographer after all. I love the female form - but what I won't do is look at a woman and reduce her to something I'd like to fuck. I don't look at a woman and mark her out of ten in my head, and when I am talking to a person I find attractive, I don't have that conversation with her tits, or make that 'phwoar' arm gesture at my friends when her back is turned. I have more respect for people than that.
I don't think this macho posturing is "ironic" at all. Like Pajamas has said, it's all just a bit sad. I've been in enough gym changing rooms over the years to know that the people who go on about this shit could never handle a real woman.
I just don't understand this latent need to post pictures of girls on this thread - firstly because this is a cycling forum, but secondly because there's stacks of this shit elsewhere on the internet. You deduced all that about me from a few posts on an internet forum? You would be a fucking psychic if one word of it was accurate, but it isn't, so you're just an idiot. You're not just an idiot because you came to such staggeringly inaccurate conclusions about me, you're an idiot because you think you are even in a position to come to any such conclusions based on a couple of hundred words written by somebody about whom you know nothing. You're not even bright enough to take my entire contribution to this thread in the round, something which might have saved you from such an embarrassing pratfall.
By the way, I have seen the groups of men you describe; I know some of the women whose job involves putting up with them all evening without reacting, and they hold them in a contempt borne of far more creditable experience than your silly PC posturing. Holding them in such vicarious contempt (personally, I find them ridiculous, more than contemptible), I would hardly want to gain their approbation by adopting a similar disposition, and if I did I hardly think LFGSS is the kind of place they'd hang out waiting to be impressed by me.
