Spoke to them today about answering the telephone. They were hugely apologetic but as there are only two of them in the shop...Evidently their website goes live next week.

These guys have got some really great progressive stuff in the works, especially relating to the fixed gear tricks/street riding/freestyle thing. I'm talking their own parts range, a film, and other cool stuff, I think they are currently one of the best things to happen to the fixed gear scene, just wait until you see whats coming.....

How much free stuff did they give you to say that? ;)

Oh and fitting a cog I purchased their for next to nothing in about 5 seconds just as they were about to close, I fucked the thread on one side of my hub and had no cog on the good side, so that helped me save a long walk home, thumbs up for great customer service

Good customer service goes a long way. Bit of a rarity these days. They do seem like a friendly bunch in there.
And cheers. You say all the right things! :D

JPT's new Rob, that's why. I guess they don't have Google where they live.
But why is 14 so hard to get in contact with?
Are they aiming for an uncontactable niche?
-
• #538
don't get it, you sold the rust bike, which was pretty much the same??

something like that.... the only way i could get in touch was by John's mobile, which was a bit shit.
i ended up having to go in to sort anything out or ask questions most times. -

the rustbucket is just my knock around bike..... and this one actually fits me.

I like dinosaurs, but I've not got three.
Having said that, your 14 is the first bike I've ridden in a while that prompted those 'covet thy neighbour's wheels' thoughts.

Yhis might have been answered already, but why does 14 close on a monday?
-
• #550
They were open today......I think the closed on monday thing was a temporary measure possibly.
Just dial 14.
