hmm... I don't like the idea of a company being able to produce something that, to the unsuspecting eye, looks very similar to the real thing but is worth a 10th the price (all a matter of opinion of course).

I know there are a load of threads about this place but I can't find the number anywhere and it is extremely infuriating! It's not even on there blog as far as I can see.
Thanks.

I've had trouble getting that number to answer today and yesterday though. They called me on it last week and I was subsequently able to get back to them on it.

sorry to dig up this old thread but reading through it i aint sure about an answer.
My cycle scheme at work has just popped up and would love a custom bike built to my measurements - are 14 bike co on the cyclescheme?
and ed if your reading this, is bobjackson? I think you getting (got?) a frame off of them.

14 are on the scheme. Don't know if they do custom frames though or just custom build.
-
• #510
I was going to go down there on Saturday morning anyway, so will just ask then
-
• #511
They are on the scheme and they do custom frames and custom builds, but do have some very nice bits already built up in there also.

anyone got a number that gets through? called the number from this thread but no pick up at any time.

they don't really have a shop number, just go and check it out, it's worth the trip

hah! sorry
-
• #516
Not trying to slate anyone but how hard is it to have a contact telephone number.
It's fucking ridiculous really. Even a donated mobile for the shop would suffice.

I just took delivery of a NIP mid 80's Cinelli Unicanitor in Blue Suede, paid $130 for it on t'bay, got stung in import as well, as the guy marked the value as $200! gonna try to work something out with him before leaving negative feedback. It's a stunning saddle though.
before leaving negative feedback??
had it got lost in the post how much money would you have wanted refunded?
i'm guessing all of it including postage costs right?
so if he put the value down as no value or 20 dollars and it got lost in the post ,,, how much do you think the us postal service would refund him?how was it his fault that you got charged import duty?
sorry if i missed something.

I'm with you Mobidog you're being a right twat if you leave neg feedback.. it's exactly as decribed and he's sent it to you in good time. It's not his fault you got stung on import, it's a risk people take when importing...
I've been fleeced a couple of times... just the way it is HTFU and get on with it
