  • I want to do the cycle but my geared beast has been violated by me and has some essentials missing, like a front brake.

  • Do it fixed, it's flat and 30 odd miles ain't too far.

  • Any got a clue roughly what time we will be done? Obvs know it depends how fast we are going but an average would be helpful if anyone has an idea!

  • I'd suggest we'd get back to Chorlton for 3 at the latest, depending on when we actually set off/pub stop/mechanicals.

  • Cheers mate, just got work in the evening and don't wanna roll up covered in spray and struggling for breath!

  • clear but 20mph winds..see you in 30 for blowing around and cursing headwinds...

  • goddamit. just woken up. i think my body is telling me to rest today.
    so no ride.
therefore three hours on the rollers for punishment.
have a great ride - its glorious weather for it!!!

  • we had ACE fun....

    Saturday 11th April**
    Noon The Bar, Chorlton
    Beer + Deer Ride
A ride in Cheshire with lots of beer stops

    Saturday 25th April
    Post your route suggestion!

  • i really enjoyed it, the pace was faster than i thought tho, i more or less managed to keep up!

  • can the next road ride be to alton towers??!!!!

    route

we could always get the train back innit

  • i think in terms of cultural exchange (but please no fing pctrs) if you've got a ride to the coast/ride similar to the bridges, i'd be up for it.

Sounds OK. Is there somewhere safe to leave bikes there ? Is the route do-able fixed ?
