not my fault if shinscar is blind!

  • I'm going blind if that ugly fork doesn't stop being in my face all the time...

The clearance is quite cool, but it's still ugly.. :)

  • Continental Ultra Sport

SJS cycles have the folding yellow version for 8 sheets. I've bought 2 to trash on the back of my beater. Probably pretty shit but at that price I can afford to put another Gatorskin on the front... good news in the wet.

  • Been riding gp4000s front and marathon plus 25 rear for a while now. The marathon was a bitch on the back to start with, now I've worn the tread off it is great, enough grip to stop when you need too, bit too grippy to be a 'skidding' tyre, but fine if you give it some beans. As for cuts and punctures, not a chance.

  • Finally bit the bullet and dropped 33 notes on a 23c Soma Everwear yesterday... Nice tyre, grippy yet skiddy... Let's see how long it lasts but first impressions are good, very good...

  • got over 6 weeks on my Randonneur, just started to show some patches.......still got 6 or 7 more layer to get through.

  • yeah, 28 randonneur's i bought for polo bike look brand new still :)

  • Randonneur are great winter tyres too. Nice comfy ride on mine.

  • Hipsters the lot of you ;)

    (PS mine are great too...)

  • Can't see pic but I'm guessing it might be an all white randonneur.....?

  • Anybody know what the Michelin Dynamic 700 x 28 tyres are like? I'm thinking of going for a slightly wider tyre for a bit more comfort and a longer lasting tyre. I'm not too fussed about rolling resistance, plus I'd like to decrease the likelyhood of pinch flats.

  • how about marathon plus tires

  • nearly 4 whole months on the randonneur, thats 4 times longer lasting than any other tyre i have used on the rear. 12.50 a pop too.

    fuck off!

na, i like the 28's won't get 32's in the rear stays. and i'm sticking to the ronds.

  • gator on front ;) , armadillo rear, same as other bike

    that clearnace is

there are 3 types of randoneurs, just with diffferent tread pattern.

  • yup, but only 2 in a 28

  • riding with a white Ranoneuers on the back and its nice and smooth and not too grippy and good in the wet aswell . . . also got the gatorskin on the front but not sure what way it goes on . . .

Can I borrow it? porntube just ain't doing it for me anymore.

there should be an arrow on the side wall, it's a raised rubber one not painted or anything, also the grip grooves point to the front.

same choice of both tyres, :)
