• +1, 2, 3... ad infinitum for the flyer being the shirt. minus much of the writing, keep it less complicated.

  • +1 for this

  • are voting today fo real?

  • roxy
[cite] wheels:It's one colour, honestly! :)

    green and white. :-)
This is what a two colour print might look like.

  • Regarding voting how are we doing this. If we wait until vb moves us over to v bulletin we can do a pole that would be the simplest.

  • thats the the one for love it! What about on white?

  • The one above.. no sheep.. no text.. just a bike and LFGSS. Sweet.
I think I'd want it all white though or at least all the same colour. Maybe drop the bike below the text? I'm just not a colourful person..

You need to let the woman in you out.

Top right (red and white) is pretty safe for all you Hitler Bike boys, there is little chance of being bummed in the Jon Snow toilets in that fella.

  • That's what the police said about my flat..

Yeah, ok the red and white passes.. I didn't see it over there in the corner..

  • +1 for injection moulded fixie kit... but it is missing a crucial gear.

  • squag thats the the one for love it! What about on white?

White might be more difficult as the illustration relies on being on a dark (er) background.

You would have to place the illustration in it's own little island of colour kinda' ruining the feel of it:

(otherwise it would appear to be an inverse image)

  • Prefer black. White shirts are shit anyway. Fine for hiding NJS wank spurts but mine tend to get covered in road grit, grease..

  • hippy Prefer black. White shirts are shit anyway.

    +1

  • arrghh..i really fucking hate the laughing rabbit-man-creature on the bike. It's a a bit heavy metal, a bit like we think we are all , like, mental, and we're out of control and take no prisoners and HAH HAHAHHA aren't we cool, when actually - we're just some blokes in london who ride bikes with one gear.

I vote for the Airfix kit, it's pure class, and really well executed, and will look great on black. it also says alot more about the fact that the building of bikes is a key part of the forum.

    not being mental man-rabbit creatures.

  • Don't fuck with the rabbit

  • what would be the point in emulating the cbgb t-shirt? are we not at all original? i like it though, especially JOL's.

  • Superprecise what would be the point in emulating the cbgb t-shirt? are we not at all original?

agreed. a lot of people won't get the reference, either.

Matt's flyer for the party hasn't yet been submitted as a t-shirt design (apart from wheels using the rabbit man on his own design) - no one seems to have picked up on that....

Perhaps people can vote for/against it when he's actually submitted it as he intends it to look for a tshirt? You never know how it may change etc. [/my tuppence worth].

    Agreed also.

I don't think anyone outside of the forum would get '1 year, 1 gear' - and if they did they would not be interested in what it is saying, those with a passing interest in bikes would most probably think you are loudly and proudly proclaiming that you have ridden fixed/ss for a whole year.

  • just... dont.... have.... any.... time! :S wheels, good work! might be able to grab a bit of lunch time to tweak something with the flyer... hmmn, but keep it up fellas. :)

well, ok, but at least ' 1 Year 1 Gear' is self referential at least - it means something about the forum and us lot and what we're doing. using CBGB font is just meaningless appropriation.

  • closing time for all entries - 5pm today

we'll then collate and index all the entries so votes can be cast,

time to be making your mind up…

  • that's the winner! i vote for the buck's fizz design

( well, it has as much significance as bruce lee or a bunny-man or CBGB)

  • I really like wheel's interpertation. Plus the animal skull rider looks sweet. Perhaps we should have two designs as it it becoming clear we aren't all going to settle on just one design, and the main aim is to sell and many T-shirts as poss right?

  • Right you are, doesn't look the best. I vote white and red on black
