What Biscuit?

It's 11:30, I'm three cups of tea into my day and I have a big box of biscuits to go and choose from. The big question is.. which one should I pick?

there are Bourbons, custard creams, garibaldes, those pink wafer things, rich teas... lots of different types.

What is your favourite biscuit and why?

Do you like the dunk and scoff or the sip and bite method?

homemade cookies, and milk.

Or plain hobnobs. and milk. never tea/coffee.

1 vote for bourbon. Pull one side of biscuit off and scrape at the filling using teeth, like a rat with cheese.

Like a squirrel, my desk drawer currently contains a packet of M&S Rich Tea (for dunking) and some Chocolate chip cookies (for not dunking).

My other office drawer has home made dark chocolate hobnobs. Why am I not in the other office today?

There is the posibility to prise Custard Creams apart withnyour teeth & dunk the naked biscuit bits. Then combine the 2 custardy bits into one FAT creamy biscuit which can be nibbled.
I prefer Bourbons after lunch though - CCs are a morning biscuit InMyOpinion..

Are "Macaroons" considered biscuits? I mean, they look like biscuits. I like Mrs Crimble's macaroons. Choc Liebnitz are good.
Those Tesco Finest almond wafer things are really addictive. Carr's cheese melts for a savoury tip.. hmm.. packet of tim tams would be great right now..
