Yeah but we do not have a bank account. I just thought that it may be a beculiarity of american tax laws / his accountant does not like it comming from jo blogs. I can't see why it would be a problem but then again I am not an accountant (thank god).

And the Selfridges branch claim not to be taking part in the promotion... so I'm heading to the Holborn branch for 1:30pm.
-
• #166
I take it that means you are doing it and like me missed out on tickets?
I'm heading to Holborn too, similar time. Should buy 2 tix - maybe someone else wants to ride it? -
• #167
I wanted to do it all along, would've applied for tickets but thought I would be in Texas at the time for my wife's family re-union. So I held off, and then that fell apart (I can't go to the US) and I missed the chance.
I'm definitely doing the Etape if I can get a ticket. I was thinking of jumping the start and joining in, but that's not a very civil thing to do.

• #168
Me too. I posted about it and all :)
I was going to email the guy and see if they released tickets on the line.
Looks like this is what they do.. -

Velorution is doing cycling apparel show called Pret a Rouler on 24th June. Lots of local hand made bike bits and bob, fashion, art and maybe a complete hi-jacking of bike culture by London's fashionistas? http://www.velorution.biz/pret -

Well a quuick google did not find a uk supplier. The portland guy may ship over here mind you, would depend on shipping.
A nice wool jersey would be nice. We could easaly get enough for an 11 plus order it is just the

bit to get around but I guess if anyone here is self employed and prepared to write the cheque it should not be difficult.
