Ha, yes the kitty count is correct at three. (The person it’s for has three cats). I did want to add some more little details but I ran out of time, due to leaving it till the last possible minute.

Question for those oil painters out there. I’ve been building canvas’ and painting on them. One problem is when I scrape across the canvas if I touch the support it leaves a mark on the painting.

One way I’ve thought to avoid this is to paint onto the canvas then put the canvas on the frame?

Does this sound like a terrible idea?

Presumably I would need the canvas to be big enough to account for the fold. My concern is would it damage the paint work by stretching the canvas?
