Walking trail?I've been to the Tan Hill, I thougt that was the highest. Maybe it was England not UK?

That’s the one. FAQ 2 says that the Scottish access code means it’s open to cyclists and, as I understand it, in recent years they have been swapping walking infrastructure for cycling (there are apparently quite a few styles in the western half). Apparently there is also a road cycling route but I wanted to follow the walking trail.
I stand corrected… I think wanlockhead is still highest village in the uk but it seems there are higher pubs.

@hippy the highest pub in the UK is right on the route and I plan to stop there on night 2 (my dads house is in the village).
