Not bad.
I'm just not that sold on the idea of having to source and build another Di2 machine. The grrl's Bokeh ended taking a while and pretty spendy to convert and if I was going to go to that effort I'd probably just cough up the extra 350 and buy my size in the first place.
and now I've seen an Open Up, new for <£3800
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/335085167047Wonder how compatible the 12S Di2 is with my older 11s parts though? 40mm max clearance at 700C too

Mine lived many lives. And often concurrently. Road bike, gravel bike, commuter, long distance. I ride to most family holidays. It's fucking rad bike. Just now replaced.

Known issue?
Ahh... "BB386EVO pressfit 86.5x46mm BB shell"
This is why I tend to steer towards metal bikes with threaded and standard sized bits. 68mm, 27.2 is music to my ears.
The Niner has "SRAM DUB PF30" too.

Zydeco (/ˈzaɪdɪˌkoʊ/ ZY-dih-koh or /ˈzaɪdiˌkoʊ/ ZY-dee-koh, French: Zarico) is a music genre that evolved in southwest Louisiana by French Creole speakers.[1] It blends blues, rhythm and blues, and music indigenous to the Louisiana Creoles and the Native American people of Louisiana. Although it is distinct in origin from the Cajun music of Louisiana, the two forms influenced each other, forming a complex of genres native to the region.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZydecoOdd, I was sure Zydeco was the name of a company that provides paper towels to toilets.
It's the "King" bit that grates.

Clifton is King Zydeco, so I stand firm by you not besmirching his name with “naff”

Get the OPEN it's a beautiful frame. Press fit it's not that difficult to live with, just knock bearings out, press fresh ones in.

They are not compatible at all, due to different wiring systems.

I've had the old one of this for a few years. It's great thou a bit heavy. Never used it as a road bike mind.

He's not a bike though, is he?
Anyway, I'm voting for a Zydeco republic...

I have PF on the Shiv. But the Shiv isn't regularly ridden through shit.

Arse.
There's always something wrong. I could sell on the road Di2 stuff and swap for GRX (is there 12s GRX?).
I don't have enough parts to just buy a frameset and have it rolling quickly, so liking the idea of a complete bike.

Currently 12 speed GRX is mechanical shifting only. For reasons that are only obvious to Shimano.

That looks propah
I saw a Ribble Ti on ebay too which looked neat but it's too big.

Has anyone tried a cable converter to get say an 11s RD to work with 12s shifters?
Or, is there a 12s MTB Di2 RD that would work in place of the Ultegra? XT XTR whatever?
Where's @BetterShifting.Terry at? :)

I would've loved Di2 on the MTB during L'esperit. I think if I do TD one day I'm going to swap my cables for Di2. I went with cables because I just know I'm gonna smash that brand new Di2 mech off...

BAM! Hi! I'm in a meeting, but here is a quick reply :)
The AD305 is just a 'dumb' port converter, it won't make 11-speed derailleurs work with 12-speed shifters, unfortunately.
There is a 12-speed MTB Di2 rear derailleur, but it's e-bike only. It doesn't have the wireless or junction A functionality like the other 12-speed di2 derailleurs do... unfortunately.

AXS mullet
I've never actively pursued that hairstyle, this is au naturale.
Not that I'd entertain the idea of SRAM but what is an AXS mullet?

wait, is hippy buying another gravel bike?!
Ah interesting - and yes you're right it has happened:

So PBK is alive and so warranty issues can still be dealt with there. Question as to the level of customer experience still exists I suppose
