Any plans on doing another run of those t-shirts @Chopsicle?

Mine have the orange pad too. And actually isn't thin. I need to ride with them more but I think the problem is me and hopefully temporary...

Yep true although that white and orange is smart, might be tempted if stars align!

Have the sleeves been lengthened a bit? That’s the only thing that stops me wearing my short sleeve jersey very often

I see that the meaning of the Albion logo has finally been unveiled

Hello all, apologies I dropped off, had a busy time with some workshops for Herne Hill & Via Atelier and then Glastonbury,
@Fox the pad did change a while back, so possibly the previous, lighter style. There is a photo of the pad at the bottom of this this page, but there's also the possibility it is the pad in the pic with a blue topsheet (it changed in the last year to the orange topsheet)
https://www.albioncycling.com/products/all-road-mens-abr1-pocket-bib-shorts-black@GoatandTricycle I would LOVE to do more stuff for the forum, but currently strapped for time. Can't promise, but lightweight bags might come up first
@Pantsmaster / @xDomx v good point - will definitely pass that on, thank you.
@theflatboy it's a light regular-jersey-knit on back and top of shoulders sleeves (for sun cover) with a more open mesh sides, front-body, and undersleeves for ventilation, raglan sleeve.
Sleeve length is same are regular short-sleeve jersey. Out next week, so good for July 15th, let me check on prices (sorry, at the other end of the process). Colours are
Mens 1; warm, cream with orange graphic
Mens 2; mid-green with cream graphic
Womens 1; warm, cream with mid-green graphic
.....No black :_(Edit; sleeve lengths are slightly longer on mens and womens LW. I will try to get a measurement, but it's slightly tricky due to difference in raglan/set-in and how the different fabric falls/stretches. Prob checking tanlines will be the most accurate means.

Great stuff, thanks for the intel

I’ll gladly volunteer some time to help if at all useful.
I did have a slight thought for a very niche product lightweight shorts for racing/ touring whilst washing riding kit. Maybe with some fancy antibacterial lining.(!?)
Currently wear running shorts when stopped at hotel/ B&B but not ideal. -

The ultralight musette material is slightly see-through, just fyi.

Kinky

Why are running shorts not ideal?

Bit confused on sizing. Got some medium bibs but they feel a bit big on the leg and there is some movement of the pad while I'm riding. So presumably I should size down, but my waist size is in the range on the size chart and I've worn a medium in all other bibs* that I've tried. Anyone else got wisdom on this?
*Edit: medium Rapha classic have been great, but then again medium rapha pro team were too small and medium rapha cargo bibs were too big, so maybe nothing makes sense

They are the best thing I’ve found but like anything I think they could be improved upon no?
Recently got a pair with pockets which was pretty much a game changer. -
• #1319
Ah i assumed they had pockets...feel like...any kind of quick dry shorts with a liner + pocket...probably pretty optimised. Dunno how much lighter you could go.
I think I could even argue that maybe I would prefer a modular solution of merino wool boxers + running shorts no pocket + packable bum bag from decathlon for 3 pounds or whatever they charge.
Respect the optimisation quest though.

I was mainly thinking antibacterial liner over lighter.

Hey @Chopsicle, any idea of when the burners will be back in stock? Somehow managed to lose mine in a hotel room recently...

Sounds kinky.

I had this situation in a hotel last month. Had to leave a note on the bed saying “It’s just chocolate!”, which they thanked me for.

Big fan of this, just hoping I haven’t jinxed the summer by ordering a lightweight jersey.
