Dean is 56cm (22")
Bob 58cm
Roberts 59x57cm (and I'd probably chop the extended head tube down). For reference my best fitting bike is a 56 Synapse with a slammed 130mm stem. I'm leaning towards the Dean. The campag on the Bob is tempting but i'd need to go down to York to collect. My gut tells me the Roberts is built sturdier, someone ride as sharply but I've nothing to base that on. I think my head was turned by it's shiny Royce hubs.

Bought this Tiemeyer in New York last year to ride around the city and brought it back to London. It's probably a little small for me but it's got sentimental value now so I'll probably keep it forever. Got my friend to remake the decals and Vaz to respray it pink as the paint was tatty and decals were peeling. Tried to go for a classier build and the Simworks Anna Lee + spacers to raise the bars in a more elegant way. Just need to add a front rack and I'll be done with it I reckon.
The paint appears lighter in person and I think the Google phone camera fuck with the contrast a bit...

took this for a spin.. first non-noodle track bike for me - puts the power down yet doesn’t feel harsh.. i thought that was possible thanks to the carbon tubes on my 613 so this was a pleasant surprise to feel the same with an all alloy frame

These are honestly great and underrated frames. Likely as they mostly had terrible paint jobs and ugly forks but you solved that! I have one with a cracked chain stay im trying to get repaired, prices seem to be finally catching up at lease on the mainland

Nothing against a playful slightly-too-short-bike for the city if you ask me…
Went the same route with my koga and chose a sz53 instead of a 56 and feels great
Smooth solution re the stem 💆🏻♂️

Really like this. The silver rims make it!

@young_gun - yeah, i’m not a fan of the white on the seat tube.. @jono84 had a polished silver one with lampre caffita logos - now that is proper nice. would be a nice matching pair for the saeco road bike :D major taylor and caad5 track liveries were also nice.
@ltc - thanks :)
@sascha - tiemeyer looks neat, although it reminds me of certain track dropout converted gt forum bike.. :D

My first carbon bike!
Look 585 Origin, I think from 2008/9 ish looking at old Look catalogues. The 585 seemed to start of as black and end up white and this half and half version I guess was somewhere between the two.
Sexy rear monostay
Only managed 10 miles on it today before it started snowing FFS, so cut short the test ride, so need some longer rides to finalize the bar height. Will be changing the bar tape to white, the front derailleur is being swapped for a carbon one, and I never liked the look of that rear wheel lacing and the wheels are a bit tired so I plan to replace them too. Also relieved/impressed to discover 28c tyres fit in front and rear, though the rear does not go in the drop out when fully inflated, so just need to remember that when I get a rear puncture so I don't have a massive whitey on the side of the road after pumping up 2 tyres consecutively with a mini pump.
I'm glad its an earlier one which can use regular 27.2 seatposts size and has external cabling, and a regular integrated headset is also pleasingly straight forward.
As these XL Looks have a horizontal top tube and lugs, its pretty old school in appearance, so I'd like to keep a 17 degree stem so its level with top tube, but would prefer a white one, but my googling can't seem to find any 120mm long 17 degree stems in white at all, in carbon or alu, does nobody make them??

I used two pairs of wheels on my Secan. A gravel set with 45mm resolutes for most riding and a road set with 32mm smooth tread for the occasional road ride. Both on Pro4 hubs. Works great! Still using the same set up on my current bike.

Hah thanks. I just need to suck it up and get the second set of rs4 hubs I have laced up and get 4 sets of matching rotors to make life easy.

This isn't the one that went on ebay for £409 the other day was it? -

About to press go on getting my TT bike vinyl wrapped.
Part of the reason for doing so is to update the lovely 2015 decals. Any recommendations for where to get custom ones made up?

Cheers, yes I've changed the saddle, tyres and added cages so far, as in the pic above, but that's the one...mad bargain.
And don't worry gaston as I said above I've not played with cockpit yet so that will all be changed :)
Weather this week has been so grim I not ridden it at all, seems like it's been constantly raining or snowing all bloody week.
And I still can't even find proof of the existence of any -17 degree white stems, which seems weird.

Because they look shit and no one would buy them

Well done - was indeed a bargain with Ti record 10 spd too!!
Looking good
On the stem front - I'm sure there's a 17deg Kalloy uno out there somewhere but Ritchey also did them https://www.masherz.com/products/ritchey/wcs17stemwhite.htm -

Ha, disagree, that half.and half Look is begging for a white stem :)
And thanks Rik, at.least I know they exist and the Richey looks decent enough, cheers.

This is looking great as is but can see why you want that gloss Alpina. This flies in the face of everything you believe but have you tried it with that lovely SI fork you have? For flat bar the Alpina works perfectly but in track setup i think i prefer the OG fork shape but can understand why you wouldn't want the white finish (black frame comes with white fork right?). I shouldn't have sold mine, the 10 really is quite tricky to look nice in my proportions.

It isn't!
What sort of frame size?
