I've totally lost track of what I bought last year - thankfully, you tend to get a reminder a week or so in advance. Think I've got Baxter Dury, Killing Joke and maybe Run the Jewels upcoming.
Just heard Slowdive are touring this year, so will be looking out for the dates. Saw their only non-festival gig last year, and it was great.

I'm off to see Brian Jonestown Massacre on the first night of their UK tour at the Princess Pavilion, Falmouth tomorrow eve. The small seaside venue looks interesting https://database.theatrestrust.org.uk/resources/images/show/1608-auditorium-of-the-princess-pavilion-falmouth

Mate sent me that
"Grrl's birthday. Can't imagine me getting away with that and she's about as likely to go to that as I am to a Phil Collins gig."

Underworld at Royal Albert Hall in March. Last time I was there to see Kraftwerk the ushers kept telling people to sit down....
I thought the sound in the upper circles was awful too

Mogwai were excellent at the garage tonight. Feel sorry for anyone who didn’t have ear protection. I took mine out for the encore and that was enough for me.

Free ticket to see OFF! tonight in London @ The Moth club.
I’ve got an extra ticket and I can’t be arsed to sell it. So I figured I put it out there for a lucky soul.
It’s going to be an amazing show.
First come first serve.

A bit late, but I have a spare for Preoccupations at the Scala on Thursday night. Think early Interpol if you’re not aware of them.
Face value, £18.

Managed to get two tickets to Sleaford Mods at Pryzm in Kingston next month.
My wife reckons it will be full of kids cos its a nightclub but I think the fanbase will be more my age

I think your guess will be more on the money. Fat mods with Fred Perry’s straining to burst

Anyone have a spare ticket or two for ezra collective by any chance?

Longshot - ticket going spare for Joy Orbison (currently on R6) and TSHA tonight, but in Cambridge. It’s gonna bang and you don’t have to hang out with me if you don’t want to.

... and now Underworld have just announced a pre-RAH date in Bristol on the 19th March at the Marble Factory: "From the club to the theatre. In advance of the Royal Albert Hall show, the band are performing for the first time in 2023 at Bristol Marble Factory. Playing some new songs as well as firing up some old favourites". Should be good and new songs!

Nice! I am off to the marble factory tonight to see Gentlemen's Dub Club and The Skints.

I see that! I'm going to the Royal Albert Hall gig, really looking forward to it.
Next couple of months shaping up nicely now, Mogwai at the Garage next month which I'm very exited for after reading Stuart Braithwaite's memoir, really got me in the mood for it. Then Fucked Up in March followed a few days later by Pixies. Fortunately they've all fallen on good dates as have quite a few other things on that could have got in the way.
