Is that Bearwood skatepark?

Pretty good local park tbf

Used to ride there all the time. Haven't been in years.

Two updates.

1) the transition in its current state. Will gear down and throw some cx tyres on soon for some fun..

2) An all city space horse disc... The closet I'm going to get to my dream of owning a rim brake space horse.

I'm going to give it a polish up and see if I can clean up some paint scuffs.

Very much looking forward to building those up... Will need to decide on how to build it up now, I'll throw some ideas out soon.

may i suggest some riser bars, front rack and basket, 35c tyres, a hybrid if you will?

It's hanging on my wall at work and I'm undecided on what to do with it really.

I'm excited to build it up!

A rack and basket is a must... Down tube shifters 2x10 shimano xtr shifting? Also maybe.

Nice. Take care not to over tighten the pre-load on that spacer/headset combo, I ended up with a spacer jammed in my headset - they're just narrow enough to fit into the ID of the top headset cover

This did spring to mind when I installed them.

I may put a chamfer on the lower spacer to avoid that.

So I'm thinking groupsets for the space horse and Im at a pickle....here are my options, any thoughts welcome!

Drop bar setups :

1) sram rival 1 set up with easton ea90 crankset 40t - 11/36t

2) 2x10 sram rival shifters and wiFli mech with praxis Alba crankset 46/32t - 11/32t cassette.

3) 2x10 W/shimano dura ace 10 speed bar end shifters, sram s500 levers, xtr 9 speed front and rear mechs, praxis alba crankset 46/32t - 11/36t

And if I go flat bar:

4) 1x10 shimano deore flat bar set up, easton ea90 40t - 11/42t cassette.

5) 3x9 full xtr setup with Wi triple cranks.
