  • You're an artist Mads. Probably the best MTB on the forum.

    🖤

  • So so nice.

  • f a n t a s t i c

  • Colour could go by buttered noodles

  • Thanks people. It is very much a product of this forum.

Hopefully I get to ride it in anger today!

  • I really enjoyed reading about the process with the linseed oil paint but this looks so on point. I love the engraved and painted lettering on the headtube ❤.
Also looks really clean as a SSMTB. Makes me considering single speeding on my inbred :D

  • Hubs really looking great in that autumn colourway! 👌

  • Thanks!

Weather was too good to stay indoor and work today.

  • so, how do you like it so far?

  • Good stuff. Great craft.

  • Well, now I want to take my mtb out. Lovely bike!

  • Øhhh yeah and forekasters are amazing. I was not needing anymore grip and I felt faster than I've done all summer even though I was on SS.

Frame is still perfect for.me I feel and the dropper still makes all the difference.
My favourite bike in the stable right now

  • Do it ☺️
    And thank you

  • You're going to have to paint it green for next spring.

  • Well I have that snot green full Sus I am dreaming of

  • I’ve not ridden an MTB since around 2000 and not really wanted to. This has changed and I can’t think why.

  • :)

I like all my bikes and I like all kinds of riding. Fast, slow, up, down whatever. But MTB riding keeps being fun and challenging no matter if I am fit or not. It is never boring and 1hour or 4hours are all equal fun.
I used to feel the same about cyclo cross and gravel riding (before that term was coined). But cyclo cross is just not fun when you are fat and gravel riding is rough on the body without giving you that upper body workout.
The problem with MTB is obviously the faff of getting to the trail. But that's why we moved to where we live now. Trail is litterally outside the front door.

  • Very Nice. I thought about doing a Camel livery on a new bike that's in the post to me but I am going a different route. This proves that that palette works really well though. Excellent work.

What fork is that and what travel?

  • Rockshox Reba and 100mm.

    I want 120 someday

  • truly so nice, keep coming back!

i feel you on the ever longing for 120mm

  • It's mostly visual tho. I don't feel like I am bottoming out. 120 just looks more hench. And thank you

  • i agree, i want all my bikes to look like free ride hard tails

  • Changing the air shaft to 120 mm should be possible on Reba too, right?
