Coincidentally ordered a cheap RD of them on Friday evening and it arrived this morning, pretty pleased with that, especially given shipping was free! Never heard of them before this though...

I ordered cassettes and chains from them earlier this year without any issues.

Ordered a Mudhugger guard from them and it was cracked when it got here.
Return so far has been pretty painless. I used the Asda ToYou service so just slap s as label on it and drop it in the box in Asda. They have a printer so you don’t even need to print your label at home.
Would have cost me £3 off the guard was unwanted but they said they’ll waive that ad it’s faulty. Would have been £12 or so to post at the post office as the box was over 60cm.
Dropped it off at Asda on Friday, got an email from Tredz to say it was received today. No money back yet but going pretty smoothly so far.

Always found them to be competitive on price and quick delivery - good firm.

Ordered something, arrived super fast. However they sent the wrong thing/photos on their site were incorrect. I've sent them 3 emails asking to sort the problem - nothing. Not a single reply in over a week now.

I have always found Tredz to give very good service- I ordered a shop soiled Turbo Creo that came in the most massive box! Once opened I found that the bars had got bent in transit, a quick chat on the bot thing got me through to a customer adviser, photos were shown and no quibble I was offered bars up to £60, new bar tape up to £20 and they would even pay for a local shop to swap them over.
Can't fault that! -

Can also vouch for Tredz lately - spotted that this lovely poo brown Giant is on some hefty discounts and asked them on chat if they could price match. They initially refused as they have it listed as a 2023 model, but I explained that this is probs a typo and they agreed to the match, no trouble. Off to pick it up this weekend in Cardiff - happy days.

I've had excellent service from them and always at a good price. My go-to for new parts

Total bargain. Should make a very effective all round bike.

Bang on - it’s sparkly purple rather than poo brown (little bit sad about that), but
for £600 it’s silly good. Just need a shorter 1 1/4 stem for my little arms and I’m sorted.

Order something, pay with paypal and THEN they give you the option to choose Express delivery for more money... wtf?

Same. Trees been good for me.
Tweeks I don’t like at all
Sigma is the best though
I'd expect ebay/paypal to be quicker about issuing refunds if it isn't in stock than if buying from them direct
