He may well have apologised and tried to atone, but that's a big fucking 180 from what he said on stage and the things he said about Hendrix - one eye on sales maybe, I just don't buy it. I won't be cancelling, I never liked his awful music anyway, but happy that others might.

I'm all for Stonehenge being able to think with more than one viewpoint in his head, whist obviously falling on the right one of those, that's a pretty good thing to be able to do. Clapton is a cunt, people being able to atone for being a cunt is important, otherwise all cunts are stuck as cunts no matter what they do, so why try. Trying to atone doesn't automatically grant atonement, but attempting it is better than doubling down on cuntyness.
