When I found it, was at £230, few people must have found it

Provided everything is structurally sound - there’s no dings or cracks in the frame, seatpost not stuck etc. - you really can’t go too far wrong for £150.

@Slabber Seconded. Check the pedals threads, since they randomly pictured one crank arm.

Just take your time to check it over if you collect. Don’t be rushed. And check places that may be easily missed like under the bottom bracket shell.

He was one of the best London builders equal to Ron Cooper -

I have always had a soft spot for the fillet brazed frames he made under his own name, all the ones I’ve seen pics of are in that blue too. One sold recently on eBay for a pittance.
