The frame looks lovely but is this an absolutely insane starting price?

I know Max and Roberts both demand some thing of a premium, so I’m genuinely curious.

Strange, not the sort of parts I would have gone to the effort to cannibalise.

Condor super acciaio in 56cm with mostly 105 on, Starting £200. Probably worth probing seller. Only 1 positive review on buying. Also selling a Principia r700 with sram rival for £300. Both have third party cranks so at least uniformity in the builds of the bike.
