Astra VXR from ^
Coolant leak is coming from this pipe. I cant identify it from googling, and the Vauxhall dealer will charge a £89 diagnostic fee. If I can find the right pipe then I can assess whether I can fit it or get a mate to help.
If anyone knows, then great, but even a pointer to a resource online would be good. Or should I just get a Haynes manual?

When I needed an odd coolant pipe for my 2003 Vauxhall combo I found it on eBay shop by graben parts after lots of googling images for coolant pipes. Very quick delivery and it fitted fine according to the garage.
Is this it

If you can wait 30 mins I'll ask our parts man.

I can wait all day :)
BRM - The hose spur seems to go off to the engine.

Just spoke to an estimator and he said speak to the parts man which was my intention. Estimator did say the part number should be visible on the pipe. Waiting for parts man to return.

56 plate VXR version of the Astra
will go look on pipe for a number
-
• #61888
got a partial code off the pipe (cant see the first digit), which does correspond to the underuser link
so i think that's a winner

£18 for that much pipe looks like a bargain.
How are the hoses held on? It they are help on by spring hose claps the proper tool like this makes it so much easier to get at the clip easily https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/flexible-long-reach-hose-clamp-pliers/?da=1&TC=GS-040816201&gclsrc=ds

Is there any reason to keep going with main dealer servicing? My 2017 Leon needs a 40,000 mile service, and the previous owner did all their servicing at a SEAT garage. That did factor into me buying it as a source of reassurance...
Also, it'd be a different dealer as I'd like to get the car serviced in SE London rather than Cambridge, where I picked it up!

Oh I'm sorry. I promise that Volkswagen's estate cars have got a lot better since this piece of 1930's dead-end engineered and 1950s-styled piece of shit.

Interesting door mirror / wing mirror dichotomy
Brake pedal gone a bit hard in the e46. Any ideas where to start looking?
