Mercian Superlight Reynolds 531c Stuck seatpost

Managed to fine a nice Mercian (although not as nice as this)without a stuck seat post.
I haven't tried to remove it yet. Purchased because have had a lot of success removing posts in the past with chemicals I can access through work ,but at the moment I have zero time.
